Keeping Your Children Safe

Safer Schools Partnership

The Safer Schools Partnership Team have their own area On the Norfolk Constabulary web site, which we encourage all parents to visit.  The pages detail their aims, the key messages delivered and the list of Officers alongside the schools they are aligned to.

Within the ‘Key Messages’ section you will see a document under the description of each message.  These documents are letters, tailored to each presentation and have been designed for schools to send out to parents.

Student Self Help

We know it can be hard to talk to children about some topics, and sometimes it is hard for them. We keep an up-to-date list of self help websites you can direct your child to if you are concerned about them and they are finding it difficult to open up.

Stop Hate in Norfolk (SHiN)

We work closely with the SHiN group within Norfolk Police. We report any instances of Hate Crime that happen at school and work closely with victims and perpetrators with the ambition to stop all hate crimes.

Find out more about SHiN or learn more about what we and the police consider a hate crime

If you or your children want to report a hate crime, please do so by contacting the Student Support Team.
