Understanding Pupil Progress at Key Stage 3
Moving from primary to secondary school brings a number of changes, including how we assess and report on pupils’ academic progress.
At Attleborough Academy, we use Go4Schools to share information about pupils' attainment, progress and learning. We recognise that secondary school reports can look quite different from those parents and carers may have been familiar with at primary school.
To help parents and carers better understand how we assess and report on progress at Key Stage 3, we have put together a short PowerPoint presentation that explains the key information.
The presentation covers:
- What pupil reports look like at Attleborough Academy.
- How to understand whether your child is making expected progress.
- What the different grades and assessments mean.
- Where to find additional information on Go4Schools to help support your child's learning.

Accessing Your Child's Reports
Pupil reports are available through Go4Schools, either via the mobile app or the website.
Once logged in, select the 'Reports' section to view your child's latest report.
If you have any questions about your child's progress or need support accessing Go4Schools, please contact the academy.
